Our residential services at Keller Cleaning commence at an affordable starting rate of $150.
The Basic Maintenance Clean
includes a thorough, top-to-bottom sweep of your home. We will address ceiling fans, cobwebs, vents, blinds, and wall hangings with specialized tools. We'll also polish your wooden furniture and clean your glass mirrors and doors, including removing any "dog kisses" on your windows. A comprehensive bathroom cleaning is also part of the package (please note that the type of paint on the walls will be taken into consideration to avoid any potential damage). Finally, we’ll take care of your floors, sweeping crevices, vacuuming, and cleaning hardwood floors.
Our Deep Clean
service provides an intensive cleaning experience. It involves everything included in the Basic Maintenance Clean and more. We go the extra mile by pulling out appliances and cleaning light fixtures and wall hangings by hand. This service is perfect for those who require a comprehensive overhaul.
We also offer an Elderly Discount
for those who have senior family members who need extra help around the house. Safety becomes a significant concern when certain tasks pose a risk to our elderly loved ones. We're delighted to assist, performing basic cleaning duties, checking in on your family member, and reporting back to you if additional care is required. For clients living out of state or traveling frequently, we offer Abroad Services
If you own a property in Kansas City or are away for extended periods, we can ensure your property remains well-maintained. Services include flushing toilets, running water, checking plumbing under sinks, and collecting mail. Pricing for this service will depend on the duration and frequency of the required checks.
Our Post Construction
service focuses on thoroughly cleaning up after construction activities. The service is extensive and covers literally everything, at a rate of 21 cents per square foot.
Integrity tests are integral to all our cleaning services. We inspect for potential issues like cracks in ceilings, chipping grout, faulty caulking, non-functioning electricals, etc. We consider it our duty to inform homeowners about any changes or issues noticed in their homes so they can address them accordingly.
